Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Service
WPMove is a service that enables migration of posts and media between WordPress sites via the REST API. By using WPMove, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use WPMove to migrate content you do not own or have the right to transfer.
3. Licence
Paid plans grant a personal, non-transferable licence to use WPMove for the duration of the licence period (1 year from purchase). Licences are not auto-renewed. The free plan is provided indefinitely subject to fair use. Feature availability varies by plan — advanced features such as Retry Failed are available on selected plans only; the current breakdown is described on the Pricing page.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use WPMove to migrate content that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or is intended to harm or deceive others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once a licence has been activated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using WPMove, contact us at contact@wpmove.app and we will do our best to resolve it.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
WPMove is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that migrations will be error-free or complete. Always back up your sites before running a migration.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPMove and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of WPMove after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Migration quota
The free plan includes one migration per cooldown period. A migration counts against this quota only if at least one post or media item was successfully transferred. Migrations that fail or are cancelled before any content is transferred do not count against your quota.
11. Data retention
Migration records and log files are retained for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted. You may also delete individual migration records at any time from your migration history page.
12. Media quota
Paid plans include a media import quota allocated at plan activation and reset at each renewal: 750 media on the Starter plan, 3,000 on Pro, and unlimited on the Unlimited plan. Media already present on the target site (detected by URL or ID) are not counted against the quota. When the quota is reached, remaining media are not imported — posts are still migrated without their images. Additional media credits may be purchased separately (feature coming soon).
